Universal Terms & Conditions

These Universal Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services offered by Digital Service Pro, LLC (“Digital Service Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that do not require a separate signed agreement. These Terms govern usage of our SaaS platform, AI services, Voice AI services, messaging features, training programs, and related offerings.

Please refer to your checkout page, plan description, and in-app account settings for specific features, limits, pricing models, and billing structure applicable to your purchase. Certain customized services—such as advanced automations, Voice AI configurations, or custom applications—may require a separate written agreement prior to activation.

1. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Digital Service Pro product or service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all current and future services unless expressly superseded by a separate written agreement.

2. Term

This agreement becomes effective upon successful payment and remains in effect until canceled or terminated. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Services & Content

Upon purchase, you may receive access to software platforms, SaaS services, AI tools, Voice AI services, automations, workflows, messaging features, onboarding materials, training programs, guides, videos, and marketing systems. Services and features vary by plan and may change over time. Continued use after cancellation or suspension may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as presented at checkout or on your invoice. Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. One-time purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment plans must be completed in full. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and for all charges incurred through your account, including those generated by authorized users.

5. Refund Policy

Certain services may include a limited refund or trial period, as disclosed at checkout. Refund requests must be submitted within the stated period. After that period, all sales are final. Digital courses, bundled programs, and custom development services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Platform Features, Plan Types & Usage-Based Charges

Digital Service Pro offers multiple plan types, which may include usage-based plans, unlimited plans, or hybrid plans. Your applicable billing model is determined by the plan selected at checkout and reflected in your account settings.

Usage-Based Plans

If you select a usage-based plan, charges apply only to the services you enable and use. Usage-based pricing may include, but is not limited to:

Telecommunications & Messaging

Phone Calls: $0.028/min outbound, $0.017/min inbound

SMS: $0.0158 per 160-character segment

AI Services

Voice AI: $0.26/min

Conversation AI: $0.04/message

Reviews AI: $0.16/response

Content AI: $0.18 per 1,000 words; $0.12/image

Funnel AI: $1.98 per funnel

Workflow AI Assistant: $0.04/query

Unlimited or Bundled Plans

If you select an unlimited or bundled plan, usage-based charges may be included, capped, or excluded as described at checkout or within your account. Fair use, system protection limits, or feature restrictions may still apply.

Important Notes

Pricing and rates may vary by plan and may change over time.

You are solely responsible for selecting the plan that best fits your usage needs.

Excessive usage outside your selected plan may result in additional charges, throttling, or required plan upgrades.

Additional charges may apply for email services, transcription, domains, integrations, third-party services, or future features.

7. Account Security & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing credentials or granting unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or distribute platform access or materials

Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse proprietary systems

Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automation

Misrepresent yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of Digital Service Pro

9. Termination

Digital Service Pro may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to services and content ends immediately.

10. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services for your own business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

11. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

We do not guarantee income, results, or business success. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Outcomes depend on individual effort, usage patterns, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.

12. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Service Pro from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the preceding billing period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Rhode Island, except where injunctive relief is sought.

14. Modifications & Severability

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement & Notices

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding applicable services unless superseded by a separate written agreement. Notices and cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected]m
