Universal Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Digital Service Pro, LLC products and services that do not require a separate signed agreement. Please refer to your checkout page for the specific features and plan details included with your purchase. Due to the customized nature of certain products or services—such as advanced bots or custom-built applications—a separate signed agreement may be required before setup begins.

1. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing any product or service from Digital Service Pro, LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of this purchase and all associated content and services. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

2. Term

This agreement becomes effective upon successful payment and remains in force until canceled or terminated by either party. Failure to pay required fees may result in termination of access to your account and services.

3. Services & Content

Upon purchase, you will receive access to selected digital content and features, which may include courses, programs, platform access, onboarding materials, guides, videos, automations, workflows, AI tools, and marketing systems. The specific features included are listed on the checkout page. Continued use after cancellation may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as outlined in your invoice or checkout form. One-time purchases are non-refundable. Subscription-based services (such as AI Suite plans) are billed every 30 days until canceled in writing. Payment plans must be completed in full. Customers are responsible for maintaining updated billing information and honoring all charges incurred.

5. Refund Policy

Some eligible services include a 14-day risk-free trial. If you are unsatisfied during this period, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final. The DSP Digital Accelerator course is non-refundable at any time, even when bundled with other services. Custom development services are also non-refundable.

6. Platform Features & Usage Charges

You will only incur fees for add-on features, if you choose to activate and use them, such as (phone usage, text messaging, AI funnels, Workflows, content, reviews, AI voice, and conversation tools, or any other add-on service now or future add-ons. These charges apply only when you opt to turn on and use optional services, including but not limited to:

Phone Calls: $0.028/min outbound, $0.017/min inbound

SMS: $0.0158 per 160-character segment

AI :

Voice AI: $0.26/min

Conversation AI: $0.04/message

Reviews AI: $0.16/response

Content AI: $0.18 per 1000 words, $0.12/image

Funnel AI: $1.98 / Funnel

Workflow AI Assistant: $0.04/query

Additional Charges: Email, transcription, domain, integration services

You are responsible for paying all charges associated with optional or future services you choose to enable within your account.

7. Non-Disclosure of Login & Access

Login credentials, passwords, and protected links must not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Usage Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials

Modify or reverse-engineer proprietary tools

Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools on the platform

Present yourself as a representative of Digital Service Pro, LLC

9. Termination

Digital Service Pro, LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, access to the platform and all associated content is revoked immediately.

10. Limited License

You are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the platform and services for personal business use only. No ownership is transferred.

11. Disclaimers & Earnings Statement

We do not guarantee income, business success, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of performance or accuracy.

12. Indemnity & Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Service Pro, LLC from any claims, losses, or liabilities related to your use of the platform or breach of this agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Rhode Island. Disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in Rhode Island. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in court if necessary.

14. Modifications, Assignment, Waiver & Severability

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect

15. Entire Agreement & Notices

This agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and Digital Service Pro, LLC. All notices and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
