Acceptance of Terms
This website, software platform, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) are owned and operated by Digital Service Pro LLC (“Digital Service Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, applicable refund policies, and any additional terms presented in connection with specific products or services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Digital Service Pro provides software-as-a-service (SaaS), education, and technology solutions, which may include:
AI-powered tools and automation, Voice AI, Conversational AI, and Digital Employee services,
messaging and communication systems, digital training programs, content, and resources, subscription-based and usage-based services.
These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, regardless of product name or branding.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, workflows, AI configurations, training materials, and systems are owned by Digital Service Pro LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal use while your account remains active. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User Submissions
If you submit or post content to us (including feedback, comments, media, or other materials),
you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant Digital Service Pro LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for any lawful business purpose. To the extent permitted by law, submitted content shall be considered a “work made for hire.” If not deemed a work made for hire, you irrevocably assign all rights to Digital Service Pro LLC.
Customer Responsibility & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to messaging, voice, AI, automation, privacy, consent, and consumer protection requirements.
Digital Service Pro provides technology only and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
AI, Voice & Automation Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
Human review is required before use
Decisions made using AI, voice, or automation tools are your responsibility
Digital Service Pro is not liable for outcomes resulting from AI-generated or automated activity.
Messaging, Voice & A2P Responsibility
If you use messaging or voice services:
You are responsible for obtaining required registrations, verifications, approvals, and phone numbers
You are responsible for obtaining valid recipient consent.
Message delivery, approval, or performance is not guaranteed
All usage charges are your responsibility
Use of these features is at your own risk and expense.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
Interfere with platform security or operations
Upload malware or harmful code
Violate the rights of others
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Payments & Refunds
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. Subscription services bill on a recurring basis unless canceled. Eligible products and services may include a 14-day refund period unless otherwise stated. After the applicable refund period, all sales are final.
Third-Party Services
The Services may reference or integrate with third-party tools or services. Digital Service Pro does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Service Pro LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Service Pro LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for non-payment, misuse, compliance risk, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Services ends immediately.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Notices of alleged infringement may be sent to:
Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Rhode Island. Class actions are waived.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
